If you want help quitting smoking, your local pharmacy can help. Most will have a range of nicotine replacement therapies, with expert advice, support and free Stop Smoking services.

Workplace Support

If you work in Salford, a specialist stop smoking advisor can come out and visit you in your workplace (with the permission of your employer).

You’ll be able to speak confidentially with our trained staff in a one-to-one appointment, or you can join in with a group session if several colleagues want to stop or reduce smoking.

In whatever session you choose, you’ll learn about the benefits of quitting smoking, and explore the different aids that can help you be successful.
